Our journey began with a vision to create a space where women could express themselves through dance while building confidence and strength. Here, we celebrate individuality and foster a supportive community encourages each woman to shine. Meet Our Team

Owner/Director

Lexxy Gibson

Lexxy Gibson began dancing in high school and became 1st Lieutenant on the Silver Star Dance team. She was also a student at DCE Dance Company and later transitioned into an instructor for the company. She later became a Dance Instructor for LIFE Inspirational Community Church, where she utilized her gift in ministry. She then became a Dance Coach for the StarLine Dance Team for Crowley Middle School and Summer Creek Middle School and taught summer camp for CISD. Now as the Founder/Owner of Steps N Stilettos she helps empower and uplift women through dance.

Dance Instructor

Patrice Webber

Patrice Webber started dancing in High School taking dance classes and then joined her school's dance/drill team and became 1st Lieutenant her Senior year. In her college years she joined Continuum Dance Company at Tarrant County College for 4 years where she studied modern, contemporary, and Jazz. She later became the Dance Coach at North Crowley High School Junior Varsity Dance team. She is now a lead choreographer at Steps N Stillettos where she fulfills her passion by being a support and positive influence on and off the dance floor.
